3. Eligibility

You confirm that you:

    If you are under 18, a parent, teacher, guardian, or caregiver must make the purchase on your behalf.

  • Our products are intended to benefit individuals of all ages, including children with visual impairments, but purchases must be made by adults.

  • Are not barred from receiving or using the services by Indian or international law

5. Order Placement & Confirmation

  • Your order is an offer to purchase at the listed price.

  • We’ll send an order confirmation email upon receiving your order.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to:

    • Out-of-stock items

    • Pricing errors

    • Verification issues

  • If cancelled post-payment, refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days.

6. Payment

  • Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (e.g., Shopify Payments, Razorpay, PhonePe).

  • We don’t store your full payment details; card data is processed by the provider only.

  • You’re responsible for additional exchange rates, taxes, or cross-border fees if applicable.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping charges are estimated at checkout based on location and parcel weight.

  • We partner with trusted delivery service providers.

  • Risk of loss transfers to you once the item is handed over to the shipping partner.

  • Delivery times vary and will be shared in the order confirmation.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • Unless otherwise stated, non-defective items are not eligible for returns (standard for assistive technology).

  • Defective or damaged items can be replaced or refunded within 14 days of delivery, subject to video based inspection.

  • Accepted returns must be in original condition and packaging.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
