SmartCane is India's most advanced electronic travel aid for blind

Unlike a standard white cane that only detects ground-level 
obstacles, SmartCane detects obstacles between knee and head 
height — the danger zone that traditional canes completely miss. 
Hanging objects, open car boots, jutting shelves, tree branches — 
SmartCane alerts you before you reach them.

How SmartCane Works:
SmartCane attaches to any standard folding white cane. Its 
ultrasonic sensors continuously scan for obstacles up to 3 metres 
ahead. When an obstacle is detected, it vibrates in a distinct 
pattern — no sound, no distraction, instant alert.
