At Saktek Foundation, we strive to ensure our assistive gadgets reach you in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or non-functional item, we’re here to help.

What’s Eligible for Return or Replacement or Exchange

You can request a return or replacement or exchange if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or not working

  • You received the wrong item or model

You must raise the request within 3 days of delivery and need to ship back to us if approved for a return.
The product once accepted for a return or replacement or exchange will be delivered with in 4-10 days based on your location after we received the product from you.

What’s Not Eligible

We do not accept returns if:

  • You changed your mind after purchase

  • The product has minor scratches or cosmetic issues that don’t affect usage

  • The damage happened after delivery or due to improper handling

What We Need from You

To process your return request, please send us:

  • A short video clearly showing the issue with the product

  • A photo of the packaging and shipping label (if possible)

  • Your order number and contact details

Returns without valid video proof may not be accepted.

Inspection & Approval

Once we receive your video:

  1. We’ll review and verify the issue.

  2. If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund.

  3. You may need to return the product — we’ll guide you if so.

Refunds

  • Refunds are credited within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, card etc.).

Return Shipping

  • If we ask for the item to be returned, we may:

    • Send a prepaid return label, or

    • Ask you to ship it and reimburse the cost

  • Please repack the item securely to avoid further damage.
