Tactile Map Book

A tactile map book to expose visually impaired students to different kinds of maps of India.

A tactile book developed to familiarize every student with visual impairment to maps of the Indian subcontinent. It includes physical map, political map- states, union territories, north-eastern states, rivers of India, neighbouring countries, and world map. Objects in the map are labeled in Braille along with appropriate keys. International and state boundaries, water bodies etc. are provided distinct textures for easy identification and recognition.
