Saddle Back Stylus

A writing tool used by visually impaired individuals. This tool is used along with a braille slate or a pocket frame.

A concave-shaped plastic handle with a metal point is employed for embossing Braille onto Braille paper. When holding the tool, the grip is positioned at the top, with the curved part forming the bottom of the grip. Meanwhile, the sharp tip, situated at the bottom, aids in precise embossing. The device, used alongside a Braille slate, serves as the equivalent of a pen for sighted individuals. Additionally, the easy-to-grip plastic handle prevents rolling, providing added convenience.
