Indo-NVDA is a customized version of the NVDA screen reading software initiated by Saksham. By converting input text to audio output,  information from the device is announced in clear speech allowing a visually impaired user to access devices on an equal footing with sighted counterparts. The special feature in Indo-NVDA is that it supports Indian languages that correspondingly works with a selection of different voices. This is an open source platform that is free for all users. It works on windows and is compatible with laptops and refreshable braille displays.
