A 60-inch long tactile measuring tape designed to help persons with visual impairment take measurements independently.

The tape features tactile markings, with a stapled point at every inch. Users can either read the measurements in print or feel the tactile markings. Once the object is aligned, the user simply counts the number of staple points to determine the measurement.
